Our Team

Ms. Nikki Street

Foreign Principal
Harrow Little Lions Zhuhai Xiangzhou

After graduating from the University of Exeter with a BA in International Relations and French, Nikki went on to gain Qualified Teacher Status through Reading University. She has a true passion for early years education focusing on the development of the whole child alongside building strong relationships with families.

Nikki joins us from well-established bilingual early years setting in Shanghai, where she has worked in multiple roles over the past 6 years. During her time there, she was instrumental in establishing and maintaining a bilingual teaching model which not only promoted and supported early language acquisition in Chinese and English but also wellbeing and holistic development.

Creating learning environments where children feel safe, happy, and cared for is something Nikki views to be one of the most important aspects of early years education; high levels of well-being enable children to reach their full potential and develop skills and personal attributes that will continue to develop as they grow.

Establishing a culture of trust and mutual respect between all involved in the Little Lions Zhuhai community is equally important to Nikki. By fostering open and honest lines of communication and ensuring effective collaboration, we can support our students on their journey to becoming confident, curious, and inspired learners.
